Introduction

Manufacturing engineering encompasses the science and art of making quality products at a reasonable cost. It is multi disciplinary field including elements of mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, materials science and electrical engineering.

To produce graduates who have technical knowledge and skills, together with a suitable range of transferable and management skills required to work in a modern manufacturing technology environment upon graduation. Thus, it will provide the graduates with wide knowledge and capabilities in the planning and production control, machine operations in terms of preparation, programming and machining.
