Most universities nowadays offer multiple opportunities for exchange programs. Exchange programs allow you to experience what it is like to live and learn in another country, which, for many, is an eye-opening, once-in-a-lifetime experience. The skills and attributes of studying overseas, the new perspective, and your willingness to put yourself outside your comfort zone will look great to future employers and will serve you well in all aspects of your life.

International Exchange Program exposes students to the best of international community, cultures, and practices beyond their boundaries. ISEM is a program whereby a registered student of UniKL is attached at a partner university abroad for an enriching experience on both personal and professional growth. Students can spend one semester or up to two semesters abroad by only paying local tuition fees to UniKL. Besides going on self-sponsored, students are also able to make use of the available funding offered by MARA, Erasmus+, and the host university, which covers flight tickets, accommodation and allowances. To date, UniKL has more than 100 renowned partner universities globally. Since 2016, 10 UniKL MSI students had the opportunity to spend a semester abroad in partner universities in Italy, Russia, South Korea and Germany.

International Exchange Students

UniKL Malaysian Spanish Institute also welcome international exchange students from all over the world with the opportunity to gain quality education in Malaysia. The program aims at providing partner universities exchange students with different cultures and environments. Studying at UniKL MSI will give the students the opportunity to experience the northern hospitality, as well as enhancing their academic and personal experience. UniKL MSI has welcomed students from France, Spain and India whom has spent at least a semester in the campus.

Customized Short – Term Programs

UniKL MSI Customized Short – Term programme offer international students meaningful educational and cultural experiences, which are different from their own. The programs strive to create truly memorable experience by integrating students’ curriculum interest with complementary activities. Over the years, UniKL MSI has welcomed students from Thailand and United States of America to stay in our campus.
