Kuala Lumpur, 25 August 2016 - The true spirit of WeAreUniKL was on perfect display as all 12 campuses of UniKL from up North to down South came together to celebrate UniKL's 14th Anniversary Celebration. UniKL Day Celebration 2016 was held concurrently at all 12 campuses

and a *live* video conferencing connected all campuses. With the 'application of technology' nobody realised physically the campuses are actually very far apart.

The event was made more memorable with the presence of Datuk Ibrahim Ahmad, Director General of MARA who took his time off to be with the family of UniKL. What made the event more unique was all twelve campuses had their own role to play during the agenda of the event.

Datuk Ibrahim Ahmad delivered his speech from UniKL MIIT , City Campus while Prof Dato' Dr Mazliham Mohd Su'ud, President and CEO of UniKL was in UniKL MFI, Bangi to deliver his WE4ASIA speech. Chairman of UniKL Datuk Adham delivered his wishes from UniKL MITEC, Johor with other formalities such as Emcee (UniKL MITEC), doa recitation (UniKL MIMET, Perak), UniKL Declaration reading (UniKL MICET, Melaka), poem recitation (UniKL Mestech, Kajang) and singing of Merdeka song (UniKL MIAT, Subang) was delivered at separate campuses. And to top it all, everyone enjoyed the same refreshment menu as well - Menu UniKL14.

All 12 Campuses were connected via Live Video Conferencing

Datuk Ibrahim Ahmad in his speech to those present said, "Our efforts in positioning UniKL has been a success, and this can be proved as even the government has stood up and took notice of our achievements, and now the ministry are more than willing to support UniKL to go further."
